How I started?

I’m a growth architect with a passion for turning potential into performance.

My journey didn’t start in a boardroom; it began with a deep understanding of what it takes to build something from the ground up. As the former founder of an ed-tech startup and someone with a solid foundation in sales, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges businesses face. What I’ve learned over the years is that knowledge alone isn’t enough—it’s the execution of that knowledge that makes all the difference.

Why did I become a business coach?

Simply put, it’s what I know best. 

With over a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of training and coaching more than 1,000 individuals, helping them not just learn, but apply what they’ve learned in ways that drive real results.

I’ve always been frustrated by the gap between knowing and doing. There’s so much information out there, but it’s often left unused or misapplied. 

That’s where I come in.

The birth of A.O.S.M. - Art of Sales Mastery.

There was a time when I saw so many passionate business owners struggling, not because they lacked the drive, but because they lacked the right guidance. I remember meeting an MSME owner who poured his heart into his work, yet he felt stuck, unable to break through the barriers holding him back.

Seeing this, I felt a deep urge to do something—to share what I had learned and help others find the success they deserved. That urge turned into a mission, and that mission became my life's work. What began as a personal commitment to help a few business owners soon grew into something much larger.

It’s what led me to create the A.O.S.M program—Art of Sales Mastery.
